The service
Needt is a planner for your own use: tasks, calendar, docs, moodboards and an AI agent, available on the web and as an installable app. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Plans and the trial
Needt has a Free plan, Pro (monthly or yearly) and Lifetime. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro after confirming its email, with no card. When the trial ends without a subscription, the account moves to Free and keeps its data.
Payment and cancellation
Pro renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. There is no cancellation fee. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are added where they apply.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a single payment that grants Pro for as long as Needt is operated. It is limited to 300 seats and is not transferable. If Needt is discontinued, Lifetime holders receive an export of their data and no further charge.
Refunds
Within 14 days of any payment, on any plan including Lifetime, no reason needed. Write to hello@needt.app.
Your content
What you put into Needt stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you — including sending it to the AI providers described in the Privacy notice when you use the agent.
Fair use
Don’t use Needt to break the law, to harm others, to send spam, or to probe or overload the service. Automated access goes through the API and MCP server with your own token. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other people at risk.
AI output
Plans and text from the agent are suggestions. Check them before you rely on them, especially before sending anything to someone else.
What we can’t promise
We work to keep Needt fast and available, but we can’t promise it will never be down or never lose data. Needt is not a backup service or a system of record for anything you’re legally required to keep — export regularly. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end accounts that break these terms, with notice where possible.
Changes
Material changes to these terms are announced in the app and by email at least thirty days before they apply. Questions: hello@needt.app.
