Your day is in your account
Tasks, projects, docs and habits live in your Needt account and follow you to every device you sign in on. Connections are encrypted in transit.
Calendars are read for planning
A connected calendar is used to know when you’re busy and to show your events. Disconnect it in Settings and its tokens are removed.
The model sees what the request needs
The Needt agent only runs when you ask. What it needs for that request goes through providers that don’t retain or train on it. Bring your own key if you prefer your own provider.
The AI only does what you allow
Outside assistants get the tools you connect them to, nothing more. Deletes need an explicit confirmation and land in the trash first.
Tokens you can see and revoke
Every API token and connected assistant is listed in Settings → Data → Personal API. Revoking one cuts it off immediately.
Leaving takes one click
Export is JSON, not a format only we can open. Delete the account and everything on our side goes with it after a short grace period.
